Who we are
This website, centurionhealth.ai, is run by Centurion Health AI, the company behind CHAI. Questions about this policy go to info@getchai.ai.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the website only. Patient information inside CHAI is handled under the agreement between Centurion Health AI and the practice that uses it, and is not collected through this site.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, practice name and role, plus any optional details you provide.
When you create a patient letter, we collect your name and email, an optional phone number, your clinic details, any clinician contact details you provide, the letter itself, and your delivery and follow-up choices. This is submitted in both delivery options, including when you send the letter yourself.
When you join the interest list for individual access, we collect your email and, if you give it, your name. We use it only to tell you about individual access.
All three forms also record how you reached the page (a campaign tag or the referring page), if available.
We do not set cookies, run analytics, or use advertising or tracking tools on this site.
Services that handle it
- Cloudflare receives form submissions on our behalf and Resend delivers them to our inbox, with a confirmation to the address you gave.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, to run and secure it.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, prepare patient letters and carry out the delivery, follow-up and notification options you select. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising or use it to train AI models.
Please don't send patient information
Our forms are not for health information. Don't include details about any patient.
How long we keep it
As long as the conversation is useful, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email info@getchai.ai to see, correct or delete what you've sent us.
Children
This site is intended for healthcare practices and adults interested in CHAI. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
